At HEmanuel Prints, every product is made just for you — printed and fulfilled on demand. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for any item that is defective or incorrect.

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• To avoid size-related issues, please refer carefully to the size chart provided for each product.
