Here’s what happens step by step:
🔁 1. Customer Places an Order
- A customer orders a product (e.g., your Christian Wall Art or Faith T-shirt) on your Shopify or WooCommerce store.
- Payment is processed on your store, not Printify.
⚙️ 2. Order Automatically Syncs to Printify
- Once the order is paid and marked as “paid” in your store, Printify automatically imports it to your Printify dashboard under “Orders.”
- You’ll see it appear with the status “Not Submitted to Production.”
⏳ This usually happens within a few minutes.
